I know it's been awhile since I've last posted. It's been a busy 2 months flying back and forth to Walt Disney World for the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, or more specifically for the Eat to Beat Concerts! I got to be there opening day to see David Cook kick off the concert series. He played 3 sets a day, for 3 days, totaling 9 shows. Well actually it ended up only being 8 1/2 shows. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very cooperative. Due to a lightning storm and guest safety, Disney had to cut one of his sets short. Despite spending most of the weekend soaking wet from all the rain, it was a very enjoyable trip and as usual David and his band did not disappoint!
